HISTORY AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE COMPANY

  • 1995 - The year of founding MBG BEAUTY and the start of work with Thalgo, a French brand that is the world leader in thalassotherapy, was a significant milestone. Today, Thalgo is represented in thousands of spa centers and salons in over 90 countries worldwide. It is known as one of the best brands in the professional salon care industry. Every product and beauty ritual from Thalgo is a combination of effective, safe, and exceptional marine-origin ingredients.
  • 2001 – MBG BEAUTY has introduced the legendary Swiss premium brand Valmont to the Russian market and has been successfully growing the brand since this year. The company has been increasing the number of stores and loyal customers each year, following the tradition of Swiss medicine. Valmont uses only the purest, natural ingredients and the most recent advances in cellular cosmetology to create effective anti-aging products. These products provide instant results that last long-term.
  • 2002 – Getting started with ETRO, a renowned Italian perfume brand that has been represented in Russia for many years. ETRO's philosophy is a unique blend of Eastern and Western influences, captured in vintage bottles with bright packaging featuring Paisley motifs.
  • 2005 - The launch of the unique Valmont project at the Grand Hotel Polyana in Sochi. The creation of the only Valmont Spa in Russia. The concept of this unique spa is a combination of relaxing treatments and exclusive face and body care programs.
  • 2006 - The beginning of a long-term partnership between the Thalgo brand and the InterCHARM event. The perfume and cosmetic exhibition, held annually, is attended by thousands of professionals from the beauty industry all over the world. InterCHARM showcases the latest products from well-known and innovative Russian and international manufacturers and distributors of perfume and cosmetics.

  • 2008 - MBG BEAUTY is continuously expanding its areas of expertise and increasing the number of distribution channels. We have started with pharmacy chains and grocery hypermarkets.
  • 2015 – Getting started with Dr. Jart+, a Korean cosmetic brand. Dr. Jart+ was the first to introduce BB (Blemish Balm) creams to the market. Until then, BB was used only by dermatologists after procedures and treatment.
  • 2016 –The opening of the first Valmont-branded store in Tsum, an iconic department store located in the heart of Moscow in a historical building, and the largest department store in Europe.
  • 2016 –The beginning of a partnership between the Thalgo brand and the 1389 Polyana Hotel and Spa complex. A unique single-brand Thalgo Spa center with a total area of 1500 square meters. The complex is spread over two levels, with a hydrothermal area with a gallery of steam rooms and two swimming pools (both indoor and outdoor), as well as a treatment area, halocamera, phyto bar and beauty salon. All Thalgo treatments are based entirely on natural ingredients derived from the sea.
  • 2017 –The beginning of a partnership between the Valmont brand and the renowned Jean Louis David salon chain in Russia. The salon, located at 22 Bolshaya Yakimanka Street, has launched Russia's first personalized beauty treatment room by Valmont. The official opening ceremony for the new space was attended by Sophie Guyon, the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the brand. Leading cosmetologists from the salon, trained by an international Valmont instructor, offer a wide variety of SPA treatments and procedures, using products from the Swiss brand.
  • 2018 –The beginning of a collaboration between the Thalgo brand and VerbaMayr Clinic. The Austrian healthcare center offers popular SPA treatments for relaxation and restoring harmony, as well as thalassotherapy programs that use algae wraps, sea scrubs, and mineral pastes. These treatments not only effectively sculpt the body's silhouette, but they also help to fill the skin with the necessary micro and macro-nutrients found in seawater.
  • 2020 –The opening of a new Valmont store in the Vesna shopping mall, located on one of Moscow's busiest streets, Novy Arbat, is a significant event. The Valmont brand has established itself as one of the world's leading cosmetic brands, carefully assembled in Articoli By Bosco.
  • 2021 –MBG BEAUTY continued to develop, launching new brands and expanding its operations. One of the company's main achievements was the introduction of the popular English brand, Philip Kingsley. This brand quickly gained popularity with consumers due to its expertise in trichology and haircare. In addition to this, MBG Beauty has expanded its portfolio with another legendary Italian brand, FELCE AZZURRA. The company offers a wide range of products, including body care and household chemicals, known for their natural ingredients and unique fragrances. An important event for the company came in the form of the launch of its first in-house online store for the Korean brand, Dr.Jart+. The brand is renowned for its innovative skincare products, striking designs, and effective formulas. MBG Beauty continued to grow and diversify its offerings in 2021, taking the best from the global cosmetic market to provide consumers with the best possible options.
  • 2022 –MBG BEAUTY launched several new brands and products onto the Russian market simultaneously. One of the most significant launches was the launch of the Hollywood star cosmetician Mila Moursi's brand. The brand offers innovative anti-aging skincare products developed using the latest technology and high-quality ingredients. In addition, MBG BEAUTY also launched the French natural cosmetics brand VERACOVA in December 2022. This brand is known for producing environmentally friendly products made with natural ingredients, which are suitable for even pregnant women and those with particularly sensitive skin.
  • 2023 –MBG BEAUTY has confirmed its status as the leading distributor of cosmetics. The company is actively expanding its product range and introducing new brands. As part of its distribution efforts, MBG BEAUTY is launching three new brands in its portfolio: MINUS 417, a cosmetics line created with Dead Sea minerals; VERDILAB, a luxury line of natural cosmetics from Switzerland with highly effective products made from natural ingredients; and GREEN SKINCARE, a French brand that specializes in organic skincare products formulated with natural plant extracts and oils. MINUS 417 uses unique minerals to help restore and improve skin conditions, while VERDILAB's products are based on scientific achievements and use an exclusive complex called IMMUNATURNA. GREEN SKINCARE's products aim to ensure skin health and beauty through environmentally friendly ingredients. All three brands are committed to sustainable development and environmental protection, as evidenced by their support for responsible consumption. MBG BEAUTY has also launched its own online stores for MILA MOURSI and MINUS 417 brands, allowing customers to enjoy luxury shopping anytime, anywhere. On the brand websites, you can always find exclusive offers, news, and information about new products. To date, MBG BEAUTY continues to develop and offer both completely new cosmetic brands and products to Russian consumers, as well as iconic brands with a rich history.
